Anforderungsanalyse eines Patienten-Kiosk-Systems für das Krankenhaus Güssing

Abstract

Die gegenständliche Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit derMöglichkeit, gewisse administrative Tätigkeiten in einem Krankenhaus auf die Patienten zu übertragen. Anhand des Fallbeispiels "Allgemeines öffentliches Krankenhaus Güssing" werden die Funktionalitäten eines elektronischen Patienten-Kiosk-Systems analysiert, wobei die Terminreservierung, die Terminanmeldung und die Anzeige von Lageplänen die grundlegenden Funktionalitäten bilden. Basis der Diplomarbeit ist die Definition von fachlichen Grundlagen zur Anforderungsanalyse sowie der Methodik für die Erarbeitung dieser. Ausgehend von der Erhebung des Ist-Zustandes und der Definition der An- und Abmeldeprozesse von Patienten wird eine umfassende Analyse durchgeführt, welche Anforderungen das Patienten-Kiosk-System erfüllen soll und wie der Einsatz des Systems zuvor genannte Prozesse verändert.<br />

This master thesis deals with the possibility to place the responsibility for some administrative tasks in a hospital on the patients. The functionality of an electronic patient-kiosk-system is analysed on the basis of the case study "General Public Hospital Güssing". The fundamental use cases are to make a time-reservation, to registrate for an appointment and to view a map of the hospital. The first section of this master thesis includes basic principles in the requirements analysis and the method to find these requirements. The investigation of the actual state and the definition of the process of sign patients on and off leads to a broad analysis of requirements that are implemented in the patient-kiosk-system. Moreover it is shown how the deployment of the system changes the processes that are defined before.
