Abstract:
Im Zentrum der Betrachtung der vorgeschlagenen Dissertation stehen Überlegungen zur Einführung einer berührungslos-elektronischen Identifizierungslösung, welche im Optimalfall Supply-Chain übergreifend realisiert wird. Herkömmliche RFID Lösungen werden derzeit zumeist ausschließlich unter der Prämisse der Optimierung des direkten Nutzens des beteiligten Lieferanten und Kunden und unter meist technologischen Gesichtspunkten geplant. Selten werden sie in nachgelagerten Stufen weiterverwendet. Es wird im Rahmen von system-theoretischen Überlegungen gezeigt werden, dass ein Bottom-Up Planungsansatz bei dem Entwurf von RFID Systemen über Unternehmensgrenzen nicht möglich ist. Auf Grund der vielfältigen Ausprägungen etwaiger RFID Lösungen ist eine zusätzliche Komplexitätserhöhung durch Integration anderer Unternehmen in die Planung des RFID Systems unter Umständen nicht zielführend. Speziell auf Grund der unterschiedlichen Reife der Informationstechnologie in den Unternehmen und den verschiedenen Planungsstadien von RFID Systemen in den Organisationen müssen Top-Down Planungsvorgaben gemacht werden. Diese Untersuchung beschäftigt sich dabei im speziellen auch mit den expliziten Zusammenhängen zwischen diversen Ausprägungen von RFID Systemen und der Reife der Informationstechnologie. Es wird aber dabei gezeigt, dass die technische Sicht bei der Implementierung von RFID ungeeignet für einen erfolgreichen Einsatz in den Unternehmen ist und deswegen wird ein prozess-orientierter Ansatz vorgeschlagen. Weiters wird ein Model erstellt, welches die Steigerung der Komplexität von RFID-Systemen über die Zeit erklärt. Ein weiteres Modell leitet anschließend die empfohlene Kooperationsform für unternehmens-übergreifende RFID-Systeme ab. Es wird außerdem erläutert, dass Unternehmen bei Einsatz des gleichen RFID Systems unterschiedlichen Nutzen lukrieren können, da die verschiedenen IT Systeme ein jeweils anderes Nutzen Portfolio ermöglichen.
