Creating a network of companies in Central Europe represents big challenges especially when refers to SMEs. For this thesis the industry chosen is large format digital printing for advertising. The purpose of this thesis is to create a practical model to describe the best ways merger and acquisition could help a printing company- which finalized organic growth - to develop further. The case study will be built around A&M International a Romanian company acting as the leader in digital printing on the local market, willing to develop its activities in neighboring countries: Bulgaria, Serbia and Hungary.
