If therefore couldn´t take all the safety measures and the instructions for the operations of the generator into consideration. It describes only the main points which should be especially on this generator, in a summarized form. All responsibilities for damage resulting from inappropriate handling and wrong operational execution were explicitly rejected.The personnel should be well trained and they had been keeping the machine under continuous supervision.The operating instructions could in no way replace the training of operational personnel.During the guarantee period, proper care and maintenance of the machine was also the client´s duty. All discrepancies should be reported to the supplying company ELIN-UNION AG.Disassembly, also of individual parts, could only be carried out with the agreement of the supplying company.
