Abstract:
In the course of this thesis, an experiment control has been implemented for an ultracold atom experiment. An evaluation software has been developed, and stochastic optimization by means of a genetic algorithm has been applied in order to optimize the experiment's input parameters with respect to arbitrary measured quantities.
