Entwicklung eines Qualitätsmanagement-Systems für ein Unternehmen nach ISO 9001:2008

Abstract

Diese Diplomarbeit beinhaltet die gesamte normgerechte Dokumentation aller, für eine Zertifizierung nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 erforderlichen Prozesse des Unternehmens STIRG Metall Be- und Verarbeitung GmbH. mit dem Firmensitz in Korneuburg (Niederösterreich).<br />Damit die Dokumentation Normcharakter aufweist, wurde für deren Verfassung die aktuelle ISO Norm 9001:2008 verwendet.<br />Inhaltlich wird die Diplomarbeit einerseits durch - einen theoretischen Grundlagenteil des prozessorientierten Qualitätsmanagement und - andererseits einem sogenannten Qualitätsmanagement-Handbuch sowie - Prozessbeschreibungen abgegrenzt.<br />Der Theorieteil wurde an den Anfang der Arbeit gesetzt, um einerseits eine allgemeine Einführung zum Thema prozessorientiertes Qualitätsmanagement zu geben, andererseits bildet der theoretische Teil die Voraussetzung für das Verständnis der in der Diplomarbeit enthaltenen Prozessdokumentation.<br />

So the documentation has legislative nature, was used for the constitution, the current ISO 9001:2008 standard.<br />The content of the thesis is one factor that - A theoretical basis for part of the process-oriented quality management and - Secondly, a so-called quality manual and - Process descriptions defined.<br />The theoretical part has been placed at the beginning of the work, to give both a general introduction to process-oriented quality, on the other is the theoretical part of the prerequisite for the understanding of the information contained in the thesis process documentation.
