Business plan for a residential real estate development project in Mostar - Bosnia-Herzegovina

Abstract

This Master Thesis presents a business plan for a residential real estate development development resprectively investment project in the city of Mostar - Bosnia-Herzegovina. The introduction guides the reader from general real estate investment opportunities to real estate project development as a higher-risk-higher-chance investment to the point of business plan theory. The business plan itself contents all required information asked by a bank interested to finance the project. The discussed issues within the plan are a general information about the intended company (management team, company form, targets, entry and growth scenarios etc.), an industry and market description, furthermore a project schedule, an in-depth marketin plan (product, price, placement, promotion etc.), an organization plan as well as a financial plan (static project calculation, income statements, cash flow statements and balance sheets etc.) The total of all information in the business plan shall facilitate a bridging loan by a bank situated in Bsonia-Herzegovina which is required for a successful project implementation.
