In modern people's impression, family enterprise is a form of laggard enterprise, managing enterprise in family rules also a kind of laggard managing method. However, no matter in developed countries or developing countries, family enterprises are still suviving and developing indomitably in large number. Forty percent oft he first strongest 500 enterprises are ownedor managed by family. Family enterprises have created half of American total value output; employment is also half of the labour force. Family enterprises had certain development in Chinain recent times.
