Arami, M. (2006). Price sensitivity of mobile commerce services: an empirical investigation [Dissertation, Technische Universität Wien]. reposiTUm. http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12708/185618
This PhD Study reports the results of an empirical study investigating mobile commerce consumer price sensitivity. Findings of an explorative study were integrated to assess the significance and magnitude of the effect of the antecedents of seven main dependent variables in the area of consumer behavior representing price sensitivity of mobile commerce services customers. The empirical investigation is supported by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the results illustrate the important factors affecting these dependent variables. Implications of the findings are discussed in terms of guidelines to practitioners and directions for future research.
