Aus den Erfordernissen der Nachhaltigkeit und Sozioökonomie ist der Lebenszyklus der Nutzer ableitbar, den das Gebäude dauerhaft unterstützen soll. Um sich ständig ändernden Bedingungen zu entsprechen, muss sich der Lebenszyklus des Gebäudes dem Lebenszyklus der Bewohner anpassen.<br />"living.home - Lebendiges Heim" zeigt die unterschiedlichen Bausteine für diesen ganzheitlichen Lösungsansatz. "Lebendig" unterstreicht den positiven Ausdruck der Lebensqualität. "Heim" beschreibt gleichzeitig Gebäude und soziales Umfeld.<br />

From the necessities sustainability and social economics the life cycle of the users is derivable. The building has to support this requirements. In order to correspond to constantly changing conditions, the life cycle of the building must adapt to the life cycle of the users.<br />"living.home - Lebendiges Heim" describes the different components for this comprehensive solution. The term "living" means a positively occupied expression of the quality of life. "Home" stands at the same time for the building and the social surrounding field.<br />
