Das Projekt befindet sich in Wien im 21. Bezirk am Bruckhafen. Dieses Gebiet zeichnet sich durch seine attraktive Lage aus und besitzt den Charme einer Halbinsel oder Hafenstadt. Das Ziel ist es, das volle Potenzial dieses Gebiets auszuschöpfen, ohne dabei die Lebensqualität zu vernachlässigen. Hier sieht die Entwicklung von etwa viermal mehr Wohnungen vor als derzeit vorhanden sind. Diese neuen Wohnungen sind intelligent miteinander vernetzt, sei es durch Radwege oder Fußwege. Ein besonderes Augenmerk lege ich auf Radwege und Fußgängerzonen, um Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz zu fördern, da diese Werte heutzutage von großer Bedeutung sind.Ein herausragendes Merkmal dieses Entwurfs ist ein malerischer See mit einem traumhafter Strand. Dieser See wird zu einem Ort der Erholung und Entspannung für die Bewohner.Zusätzlich zu diesen Annehmlichkeiten befinden sich bereits zwei U-Bahn-Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe, was eine bequeme Anbindung an die Innenstadt in nur etwa 15 Minuten ermöglicht. Dieses Projekt verspricht nicht nur eine Steigerung der Wohnraumkapazität, sondern auch eine Verbesserung der Lebensqualität und eine nachhaltige Entwicklung für die Zukunft der Bewohner in diesem Gebiet.

The project is located in Vienna in the 21st district at Bruckhafen. This area is distinguished by its attractive location and possesses the charm of a peninsula or port city. The goal is to fully exploit the potential of this area without neglecting the quality of life.The development envisions approximately four times more apartments than currently exist in the area. These new apartments are intelligently connected, whether through bike paths or pedestrian walkways. Special attention is given to promoting sustainability and environmental protection, with a focus on cycling and pedestrian zones, as these values are of great importance today.A standout feature of this design is a picturesque lake with a beautiful beach. This lake will become a place of relaxation and recreation for the residents.In addition to these amenities, there are already two subway stations in close proximity, providing convenient access to the city center in just about 15 minutes. This project promises not only an increase in housing capacity but also an improvement in quality of life and sustainable development for the future of the residents in this area.
