Betreutes Wohnen im ländlichen Raum - Schönberg am Kamp in Niederösterreich

Abstract

Über die Kampbrücke erreicht man das Ostufer des Kamps und die Hauptstraße des Dorfes Schönberg am Kamp. Fast unberührt und idyllisch liegt es eingebettet zwischen dem Manhartsberg im Osten, dem Kamp im Westen mit den Weingärten in Mollands und die Weinterrassen von Stiefern im Norden. Der Kirchturm als höchstes Bauwerk und traditionelle Bauten prägen noch immer das Erscheinungbild des Dorfes. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist die Auseinandersetzung über die Grösse und Proportion der Neubauten erfolgt. Das Thema 'Betreutes Wohnen' beinhaltet einerseits die Aspekte der baulichen Strukturen, aber vor allem gesellschaftlich soziale und ökonomische Aspekte. Eine wachsende und gleiichtzeitig alternde Gesellschaft benötigt einen sparsamen Umgang mit mehr Wohnraum und alternative Möglichkeiten von Pflege in eine Gemeinschaft des Miteinanders. Die Auseinandersetzung mit dem privaten, öffentlichen und halböffentlichen Raum als integrierender Teil ist ein wesentlicher Teil der Arbeit. Es soll eine Kommune und eine Gemeinschaft entstehen, in der das Zusammenleben über die Solidarität im Alltag bestimmt wird. Der Bedarf nach Pflege und Hilfe soll die Gemeinschaft stärken und fördern. Die medizinische, die soziale und gastronomischen Angebote verstehen sich als Integration mit der Dorfgemeinschaft.

Over the Kamp Brige you reach the east riverbank of the Kamp and the main street of the village of Schönberg upon Kamp. Almost like untouched and idyllic it is situated between the Manhartsbeg in the east, the Kamp and the vineyards of Mollands in the west and the vine terraces of Stiefern in the north.Traditional farmhouses dominates the appearence of the village, and the steeple is still the highest building around. Upon this background knowledge the confrontation over size and proportions for the new buildings were made. The topic assisted living containes on one hand the aspects over structural structures, but above all social and economic aspects. For a growing society that on the same time gets older you need to find alternative solutions for living spaces and care together in a community. The confrontation with the space between as private, semi public and public as an intergrative part is a significant part of this paper. A commune and a community should develope, where solidarity determine the every day life living together. The requirement for care and help should strengthen and promote the community. The medical, social and gastronomical offers should integrate the communiy and the village.
