The second BBL conversation is organized for the exchange of experiences from Austria to promote social rental housing within the framework of the technical consultancy for the development of a program to stimulate the supply of rental housing in Peru. The presentation gave an overview of housing policies in Austria and specifically of social housing programmes in Vienna including an overview of the work of the Research Center for New Social Housing.
