Der Salda-See besitzt ein bedeutendes naturtouristisches Potenzial auf regionaler und internationaler Ebene. Von der Vergangenheit bis zur Gegenwart kommen viele einheimische und ausländische Touristen an den See, um die Schönheiten der Landschaft zu genießen, Fotos zu machen, Wassersport zu betreiben und verschiedene touristische Aktivitäten wie Vogelbeobachtung und Paragliding zu erleben. Jedoch sind aufgrund der großen Anzahl von Touristen, insbesondere in den Sommermonaten, die in die Region kommen, die Infrastruktur und die infrastrukturellen Dienstleistungen, die den Bedarf an Unterkünften, sozialem Umfeld und täglichen Bedürfnissen decken, unzureichend. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, den Besuchern des Salda-Sees Unterkünfte und verschiedene Aktivitäten anzubieten, die es ihnen ermöglichen, die Einzigartigkeit des Ortes in vollen Zügen zu erleben. Durch die Planung einer Hotelanlage direkt am See und einem umfassenden Angebot an Aktivitäten soll der Aufenthalt für Touristen und einheimische Bevölkerung attraktiver gestaltet werden.

The Salda Lake possesses significant natural tourism potential on both regional and international levels. From the past to the present, many domestic and foreign tourists vi- sit the lake to enjoy the beauty of the landscape, take pho- tos, engage in water sports, and experience various tourist activities such as birdwatching and paragliding.However, due to the large number of tourists, especially during the summer months, who come to the region, the infrastructure and infrastructural services that meet their needs for accommodation, social environment, and daily necessities are inadequate.The aim of this work is to provide visitors to Lake Salda with accommodation and various activities that enable them to experience the uniqueness of the place to the fullest.By planning a hotel complex directly on the lake and offering a comprehensive range of activities, the stay for tourists and the local population is intended to be made more attractive.
