Abstract

Nördlich der Donau, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Ottensheimer Schlosses, ist die Errichtung eines neuen Hotels geplant. Neben der Bereitstellung von Einzelübernachtungen für Radtouristen wird das Hotel auch umweltbewussten Gästen, die die Region erkunden möchten, eine nachhaltige Unterkunftsmöglichkeit bieten. Ein zentraler Bestandteil des Konzepts ist ein Wellnessbereich sowie ein Bio-Restaurant. Das Hotel soll ein nachhaltiges Gesamtkonzept aufweisen und somit zur Aufwertung der Region beitragen. Neben der Entstehung neuer Arbeitsplätze soll dieses auch einen positiven Beitrag zur lokalen Wirtschaft leisten. Kleine Produzenten wie Biobauern und regionale Hersteller sollen einbezogen werden und von der Entstehung des Hotels profitieren.
