Smart Forest Building in der Seestadt: Innovative Integration von Natur und Architektur

Abstract

Diese Arbeit widmet sich der Erforschung der Verbindung und Harmonie zwischen Natur und Architektur. Ziel ist es, durch das Konzept des Projektes „Smart Forest Building“ eine grüne Oase für die Bewohner zu schaffen und durch modern gestaltete intelligente Wohnumgebungen den Bewohnern ein einzigartiges Wohnerlebnis zu ermöglichen.Die Arbeit unterstreicht die Bedeutung der Schaffung städtischer Grünflächen als Reaktion auf den Klimawandel und die zunehmende Versiegelung. Es soll durch moderne Architekturprinzipien und Technologien nicht nur den Bedürfnissen der Bewohner gerecht werden, sondern auch den positiven Einfluss auf das Ökosystem und der Umgebung. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt dabei, den Bewohnern die Möglichkeit zu geben, städtisches Leben mit der Atmosphäre eines Waldes zu verbinden, indem sie ihrer beruflichen Tätigkeiten, ihren Hobbys und ihrer geistigen Weiterbildung nachgehen können. Zentrale Elemente dieses Projektes sind Gemeinschaftsflächen, ein vertikal begrüntes Glasatrium, an einen Wald erinnernde Grünfläche und eine intensiv begrünte Dachterrasse.

This thesis is dedicated to exploring the connection and harmony between nature and architecture. The aim is to create a green oasis for residents through the concept of „Smart Forest Building“ and to positively influence human behavior through modernly designed intelligent housing environments.The research highlights the importance of creating urban green spaces in response to climate change and increasing urbanization. It demonstrates how modern architectural principles and technologies could be used not only for the needs of residents, but also have a positive impact on the ecosystem and surrounding community.The main focus is to provide residents with the opportunity to combine urban life with the ambience of a forest where they can pursue their professional activities, hobbies and intellectual development. The central elements of this concept are the common areas, a vertical green area reminiscent of a forest, and an intensively green roof terrace.
