Abstract

Die Welt des Fernsehens und des Films hat zusammen mit der Digitalisierung eine entscheidende Rolle dabei gespielt, das beliebteste Massenmedienwerkzeug des letzten Jahrhunderts zu sein. Die Macht und der wirtschaftliche Einfluss, den es über die Kultur und die Massen hat, sind etwas, das in diesem Jahrhundert unerreicht ist. Die Produktionswelt und die Studios, die hinter all den einflussreichen Fernseh- und Filminhalten stehen, sind der wichtigste Teil des gesamten Prozesses. Mit dem technologischen Fortschritt entwickeln sich auch die Studios und die Produktion der Inhalte. Beginnend im 19. Jahrhundert bis heute sind die Entwicklungen in dieser Angelegenheit erstaunlich. Allerdings haben nur die größten und profitabelsten Studios die Chance, die Besten der Besten zu nutzen, was den Rest mit älterer Technologie zurücklässt und als solche mit alten Produktionsarten, was zu alten Fernseh- und Filminhalten führt. Westeuropa, mit dem Schwerpunkt auf dem Balkan und Ex-Jugoslawien, hat einen steinigen Weg hinter sich, wenn es um die Entwicklung von Fernsehen und Film sowie der Produktion und Studios dahinter geht. Hauptsächlich aufgrund des Mangels an Finanzierung, es fehlte immer der „Wow“-Faktor, den die Weltfernsehund Filmproduktion hatte. Die Studios waren klein, mit alter Technik, meist in der Lage, kurze Fernsehinhalte zu filmen. Wenn die Welt und die Gesellschaft voranschreiten, sollten auch die Inhalte, die herauskommen, voranschreiten, was nicht der Fall war. Die Finanzierung schien sich nicht zu ändern und so blieben die Produktion und die Studios klein. Wie kann man die alte Fernsehproduktion revolutionieren und verbessern? Wie kann man neue Jobs, neue Leute und neue Künstler gewinnen? Wie wird die Tradition auf die Zukunft antworten? Wie plant man den Fernseher, um auf die Anforderungen der Zukunft zu reagieren? Der Ansatz besteht darin, einen funktionalen Layout und fortschrittliche Studios zu schaffen, die Produktionen nicht nur aus Westeuropa, sondern aus der ganzen Welt anziehen könnten. Novi Sad in Serbien, die zweitgrößte Stadt des Landes und das Zentrum der Kunst, ist der perfekte Ort, um ein neues Studio, eine neue Produktion, eine neue Chance und eine Wiedergeburt von Fernsehen und Film zu planen. Das verbesserte Gebäude mit Blick auf die Stadt und den Fluss soll einen neuen kreativen Raum für die Mitarbeiter schaffen und sich zu einem Hotspot für Menschen aus aller Welt entwickeln.

The world of television and film, along with digitalization, has played a significant role inbecoming the most popular mass media tool of the last century. The power and economicinfluence it holds over culture and the masses are unparalleled in this century. Theproduction world and the studios that stand behind all influential television and filmcontent are the most important part of the entire process.As technology advances, so do studios and content production. From the early 19thcentury to today, the developments in this matter have been astonishing. However, only the biggest and most profitable studios have the chance to utilize the best of the best,leaving the rest with older technology and, as such, old types of production, resulting in outdated television and film content.Western Europe, with the main focus on the Balkans and former Yugoslavia, has faced challenges in the development of television and film, as well as the production and studios behind them. Mainly due to a lack of financing, it has always lacked the "wow"factor that global television and film production had. The studios were small, without dated technology, mostly capable of filming short television content. As the world and society progress, so should the content produced, which has not been the case.Financing hasn't seemed to change, and so production and studios have remained small.How can we revolutionize and improve old television production? How can we attract new jobs, people, and artists? How will tradition respond to the future? How do we plan television to meet future requirements?The approach is to create a functional layout and advanced studio that could attract productions not only from Western Europe but from around the world. Novi Sad in Serbia,being the second biggest city in the country and a center of art, is the perfect place to plan a new studio, a new production, a new opportunity, and a rebirth of television and film. The improved building with a view of the city and the river should provide employers with a new creative space for better workflow and become a hot spot for people from all around the world.
