There is currently a process underway to build a New European Bauhaus—a place dedicated to concerting together in the invention of future ways of living. It is supposed to become a platform in the service of cultivating radical inclusion—inclusion with regard to arts, technologies, science disciplines, and differences in cultural and social identi-ties. With this initiative, the European Union responds to the digital transformations. These transformations challenge us to invent adequate instruments that would be in support of circular and cyclic modes of process and qualitative transformations that follow a logic of mutual commerce and endowment, saturation rather than separation, disjunct synthesis, and cohabitation rather than demarcation and classification. Keywords are datascience and the algorithmiccondition, machinelearning, artificialintelligence, circulareconomy, greendeal, and climate. What makes this initiative perhaps especially timely is the question put center stage by the president of the European Commission and instigator of the idea of the New European Bauhaus, Ursula van der Leyen: How can this ecological and economical project also become a project of culture?
