This thesis examines the strategic pathways a Spanish formwork company can adopt to enter the United States market, integrating robust market research and industry insights to deliver a scientifically grounded analysis of expansion strategies.The research identifies key drivers of internationalization in the construction sector, including economic growth, rising infrastructure demands, and complex regulatory landscapes. It explores effective optimization of rental and sales models, pinpoints strategic regions for market entry, and evaluates how a Spanish formwork company can successfully align its operations with the expectations of the US market.
