Kosten- & Emissionsmodellierung im Anlagenbau : Anwendung und Implementierung

Abstract

All engineering is cost engineering“ stand für ökonomische Priorität bei technischen Entscheidungen im Anlagenbau. Durch die zunehmende Relevanz von Nachhaltigkeit erweitert sich dieser Fokus zu „all engineering is cost and emission engineering“. In frühen Planungsphasen gewinnen so neben klassischen betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen zunehmend direkte und indirekte CO2-Emissionen aus der Herstellung einer Anlage an Relevanz. Angesichts volatiler Material- und Energiekosten, verschärfter Regulierungen und steigenden Kundenansprüchen braucht es integrative Kalkulationsmodelle, die Kosten- und Emissionen gemeinsam berechnen und abbilden können. Diese Arbeit entwickelt ein solches Modell, um Kosten und Emissionen einer Anlage im Anlagenbau zu modellieren. So sollen neben der Kalkulation bestehender Anlagen zusätzlich untersucht werden, wie sich verschiedene Technologievarianten, Werkstoffwahl und Fertigungsverfahren auf Kosten und Emissionen auswirken.

In the field of plant engineering, the principle of "all engineering is cost engineering" historically guided economic considerations in technical decision-making. In light of the mounting significance of sustainability, this emphasis is broadening to encompass "all engineering is cost and emission engineering." In the initial stages of planning, direct and indirect carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from the manufacturing process of a plant are becoming increasingly significant in addition to conventional business metrics.In light of the volatility of material and energy costs and the imposition of more stringent regulations, there is an imperative for integrative calculation models that can comprehensively calculate and map costs and emissions. This thesis proposes a model to estimate the costs and emissions of a plant in plant engineering. In addition to calculating existing plants, the objective is to investigate how different technology variants, material choices, and manufacturing processes affect costs and emissions.
