Examining the relationship between strategic drivers, management maturity and production success according to the business size modulation effect

Abstract

The research was aimed at examining the relationship of strategic drivers, management maturity and production success according to the business size modulation effect using the ISM hybrid model and network analysis.This research is placed in the field of descriptive research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of examining the dimensions of the subject, at a specific time and place and describing the conditions.A statistical sample of the research is 80 employees and managers of small and medium enterprises and enterprises located in Samnan province.The data collection tool is a dimension-based paired comparison questionnaire identified in the gamarsh and colleagues model (2016). After collecting information through the questionnaire, the information obtained is analyzed using the combined network analysis model ANP and the structural model ISM. The results of the study showed that strategic propulsion metrics, known as the first level, are at the first level of the diagram.Similarly, management maturity metrics are at the second level and organization size is at the third level.Tool and technology options, environmental benefits, strategic design have been identified as dependent factors, suggesting that successful production strategies are highly dependent on other factors. These options are weak but highly dependent drivers and guarantee long-term production success.Productivity options, waste and pollutant levels,economic benefits,customer focus,management and leadership, improving environmental performance are powerful drivers. Success in the whole system depends a lot on improving these options. The recycling rate variables, technical performance improvement, process improvement and analysis in the bonding area, while having high driving force, are also highly dependent on other options.The results of the network analysis model also show that strategic drivers with a weight of 0.483 are the first priority, the size of the organization with a weight of 0.371 are the second priority and the maturity of management with a weight of 0.146 are in third place.The strategic plan option with a weight of 0.222 is ranked first, the productivity option with a weight of 0.199 is ranked second and the economic benefits with a weight of 0.156 are ranked third.
