Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wird ein Entwurf für ein zeitgenossisches Kulturzentrum in Halikarnassos, im Gebiet Karien vorgestellt. Karien, vom Fluss Meander bis hinunter nach Lykien, war in der Antike ein Gebiet , in dem die meisten politischen und kulturellen Beziehungen stattfanden. Die Region ist reich an natürlichen Häfen und war während der Antike ein Knotenpunkt der Handelswege, an dem sich die Zivilastionen des Ostens und Westens kreuzten.Seit der Antike wird der Goldene Schnitt beim Bau von Kultstätten angewendet. Zahlreiche bedeutende Bauwerke folgen dem mathematischen Verhältnis von etwa 1:1,618. Auch der Bau des Mausoleums von Halikarnassos erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung der Regeln des Goldenen Schnitts, um Ästhetik und Harmonie zu gewährleisten. Das Konzept des entworfenen Kulturzentrums entwickelt sich in ähnlicher Weise ebenfalls nach diesen Prinzipien.Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, einen Ort zu schaffen, der vergangene und zukünftige Kulturen und Zivilisationen miteinander verbindet. Durch die Wiederbelebung dieses kulturellen Knotenpunkts soll ein Gebäude entstehen, das eine Reise durch die Zeit ermöglicht – von der Vergangenheit in die Zukunft

This paper presents a design for a contemporary cultural centre in Halicarnassus, in the region of Caria. Caria, stretching from the Meander River down to Lycia, was an area where most political and cultural relations took place in ancient times. The region is rich in natural harbours and was a crossing point for trade routes in ancient times, where the civilisations of the East and West met.Since ancient times, the golden ratio has been used in the construction of places of worship. Numerous important buildings follow the mathematical ratio of approximately 1:1.618. The Mausoleum of Halicarnassus was also built according to the rules of the golden ratio to ensure aesthetics and harmony. The concept of the designed cultural centre is also developed in a similar way according to these principles.The aim of this work is to create a place that connects past and future cultures and civilisations. By reviving this cultural crossroads, the aim is to create a building that enables a journey through time – from the past to the future.
