This study investigates the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into organizational decision-making and its impact on perceptions of leadership effectiveness across various leadership models. The research addresses ethical, legal, and practical challenges arising from delegating authority to AI,emphasizing the importance of accountability, and human oversight. Keyfindings highlight the emergence of new leadership competencies such as A Iliteracy and ethical reasoning necessary for effective management AI supported new work environment. The analysis also explores trust dynamics between human and AI-assisted leaders, the potential for bias and loss ofhuman power in decision making, and the implications for organizational culture. Methodologically, a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative narratives, expert surveys, case studies and semi-structured interviews provides a comprehensive understanding of human-AI collaboration in leadership contexts. Recommendations focus on enhancing transparency,ethical governance, stakeholder engagement, and adaptive leadership practices to ensure responsible and effective AI integration within organizations.
