Yasa, C. (2025). The need for a new concept in business planning: How integrated business plan can drive entrepreneurial success [Master Thesis, Technische Universität Wien]. reposiTUm. https://doi.org/10.34726/hss.2025.134684
Entrepreneurial ventures are naturally filled with uncertainty, and success often depends on good initial planning and the ability to adjust and manage changes effectively. This thesis examines the comparative effectiveness of an integrated business planning framework developed by me in preparing entrepreneurs for long-term success, highlighting the limitations of traditional business planning methods. Motivated by personal experiences in navigating the complexities of launching a business and recognizing the shortcomings of conventional planning approaches, this research aims to decrease the risks of entrepreneurial failure. While some entrepreneurs hold the view that detailed business plans are unnecessary or too rigid for today’s dynamic market, this study contends that a flexible, integrated approach is crucial. The research proposes, develops, and evaluates an integrated business planning framework designed to enhance entrepreneurial capabilities by providing a comprehensive, adaptable roadmap that supports business growth, sustainability, and resilience in an ever-changing environment.
