Das Ziel dieser Diplomarbeit besteht darin, ein Raumerlebnis zu schaffen, das die Sinne der Besucher schärft und deren Wahrnehmung sensibilisiert. Dadurch wird ihnen ermöglicht, dem Alltag zu entfliehen und ihrem Körper sowie ihrer Seele verstärkte Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken. Dieses Vorhaben wird durch die Gestaltung eines Erlebnismuseums verwirklicht. Eine emotional aufgeladene Verlangsamung innerhalb einer „neuen" Museumswelt erscheint für die Menschen in Bulgarien notwendig, da viele von ihnen unter hohem Stress leiden. Dies ist auf die finanzielle und politische Lage des Landes sowie die bewegte Geschichte Bulgariens zurückzuführen, was bis heute zu einer gewissen Negativität innerhalb der Bevölkerung führt. Verglichen mit vielen anderen europäischen Ländern herrscht zudem ein Mangel an einem kollektiven Bewusstsein für den öffentlichen Raum in städtischen Gebieten. Vielmehr ist ein starker Individualismus zu beobachten, wodurch die Gesellschaft nicht als gemeinschaftliches Ganzes wahrgenommen wird. Das vorliegende Projekt zielt darauf ab, den Horizont der Menschen zu erweitern, indem Räume durch ihre Geometrie und Gesamtgestaltung positive Impulse auf die Psyche geben und der öffentliche Raum als Ort für Austausch, Ausdruck und Kunst etabliert wird. Ein weiterer bedeutender Aspekt des Projekts ist die Förderung physischer Aktivität durch die Interaktion zwischen Besuchern und den gestalteten Räumen. Diese sind nicht nur zum Betrachten vorgesehen, sondern laden aktiv zum Erleben ein. Durch die gezielte Materialwahl in bestimmten Bereichen werden die Besucher spielerisch zu mehr Aktivität, zum Tasten, Springen angeregt. Ein zentrales Thema ist zudem die Sensibilisierung gegenüber Menschen mit Sehbehinderungen. Durch die Integration dunklerer Räume wird versucht, sie besser zur verstehen und mehr Toleranz in die bulgarische Gesellschaft zu fördern. Der gewählte Bauplatz befindet sich in Sofia, im nördlichen Teil des Südparks, nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Das neue Gebäude wird sich harmonisch in das bestehende Ensemble von Museen einfügen, welche historische Bedeutung haben. Da die Geschichte des Ortes auch mit sportlichen Aktivitäten verbunden ist und derzeit in Sofia ein Bedarf an Sporträumen besteht, werden diese ebenfalls ins Raumprogramm integriert. Dabei bietet sich die Nutzung der bestehenden Tunnelanlagen auf dem Bauplatz an. Ein weiteres Ziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung eines Zentrums, um welches der Rundgang der Sinne organisiert ist. Dieses Zentrum entwickelt sich aus den Hauptachsen des Parks heraus und nimmt die Form eines Amphitheaters an, das als Bühne für talentierte Künstler dient. The goal of this thesis is to create a spatial experience that activates all senses and emotionally touches the visitors. This allows them to escape from everyday life and pay more attention to their body and soul. This is achieved through this museum of experience.The idea is to slow down and introduce new spaces that allow different feelings. To focus on what we feel, touch, hear and so on is good for the people nowadays, as many live in stress. Bulgaria, especially Sofia is a busy place, where the life is faster and more stressful. Due to the financial and political situation, as well as Bulgaria's history, a certain negativity still prevails among many people. Above all, there is a noticeable lack of a common understanding of public space in cities compared to many European countries. In other words, many are too individualistic and do not view society as a whole. Therefore, the project aims to broaden people's horizons by ensuring that the spaces, with their geometry and overall design, have a positive effect on the psyche, and that public spaces promote exchange, expression, and art.Physical activity is also important in the project. Movement is created through the interaction between visitors and the spaces, as they are designed not only for viewing but also for actively experiencing. Thanks to the choice of materials in some rooms, visitors are more active and playful and encouraged to touch, feel, crawl, and jump.Raising awareness for people who cannot see, by creating darker spaces, is also an important topic, as they are intended to be better integrated into Bulgarian society.The selected building site is in Sofia, in the northern part of the South Park, close to the city center. The building, together with existing museums nearby, which were and are part of a historical ensemble, will contribute to complete the picture. Since the history there is also linked to physical exercise and there is currently a demand for sports facilities in Sofia, such spaces will also be integrated into the program. This will be made possible by engaging with the existing tunnels near the site.Another important goal is to create a center around which the sensory circuit unfolds. This center, which is derived from the main axes of the park, will be an amphitheater-style stage for many talented people. Since the park hosts annual festivals and concerts, this new location will be well-suited for these events and will enhance the park's landscape.
