Climate policy decisions often fail because political decision-makers do not see the direct consequences of their choices. This paper presents a simulation tool that uses explainable AI to make impacts of climate policy visible and understandable. The interactive simulation is combined with SHAP-based explanations to show not just what will happen, but also why something happens. This approach helps policymakers understand trade-offs and enables more informed decisions. This work builds on recent advances in explainable AI and climate modeling to create a practical tool to support political decision-making.
