Viele Städte sehen die Kreativwirtschaft als Zukunft Ihrer Planung. Die Szene boomt, und so hat sich Kopenhagen zum intellektuellen und Kulturen Hotspot in Europa entwickelt. Die Insel Papiroen, welche ab 2017/18 neu entwickelt wird, bietet neue Möglichkeiten mitten in der Stadt. Der Entwurf beschäftigt sich mit der Schaffung eines neuen Kreativ-Zentrums, welches neben Arbeits- und Wohnflächen auch Platz für Ausstellungen, Freizeitangebote und Bildungseinrichtungen bietet.

Many cities see the creative indusries as their future of urban planning. In the last years, Copenhagen became to one of the intellectual and cultural Hotspots in Europe. The island Papiroen, which will be redeveloped in 2017/18, offers new opportunities in the centre of the city. The draft creates a new Creative-Centre, with working- and living range, but also educational and cultural space.
