This diploma thesis deals with a topic that accompanies people for a considerable part of their lives. It's about a workspace that everyone knows but perceives differently. In the time when someone imagines a closed room with a table and a chair, the other one immediately thinks of the Internet and other new information and communication technologies. Someone is very related to the office building, at the time when the other sees the whole city as a possible place of work. Nowadays, the idea of working space varies as much as the idea of living space. The reason for this is the coming together of four different generations in a networked market. In addition to classical thinking, a new working culture is establishing itself, which will increasingly influence the working world and the working space as well. It is a movement from rigid hierarchical structures in the direction of cooperation, the exchange of knowledge and communication. In the practical part, a concept of an "office building" is presented, which is to become the meeting place. The place of encounter in this case is no coincidence, but deliberate building and spatial structure, which demand a movement through the house and the coming together. It takes over important social functions, but at the same time becomes a place of creative cooperation. A dynamic working world requires a dynamic working space, which arises from a rhythm of various activities, as well as from a game of opening and separating space-forming elements.
