Entwicklung eines Modells zur effizienten Fabriklayoutplanung unter synchroner Berücksichtigung ergonomischer und produktivitätsorientierter Gestaltungsfaktoren

Abstract

Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit fokussiert ergonomische Arbeitsplatzgestaltung im Rahmen der Fabrikplanung. Dabei wird die Frage, inwiefern ergonomische Faktoren Einfluss auf die Planung von Fabrikanlagen nehmen, erörtert. Ziel der Arbeit ist die Entwicklung eines Modells zur humanorientierten Fabriklayoutplanung. Im ersten Teil der Arbeit wird die Relevanz der Fragestellung erarbeitet. Dabei wird deutlich, dass Fabrikplanung zwar darauf ausgelegt ist am Ende humangerechte Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen, allerdings die Arbeitsplatzgestaltung als eigenes Projekt abseits der Layoutplanung ausgeführt wird. Während der Planung des Layouts kann kaum Einfluss auf das ergonomische Endergebnis genommen werden. Mithilfe klassischer Methoden der Fabrikplanung, wie der Transportflussmatrix und dem Dreiecksverfahren zur Anordnung von Maschinen, sowie einem ergonomischen Bewertungsverfahren, der Leitmerkmalmethode, wird im zweiten Teil der Arbeit ein Modell zu humanorientierten Fabriklayoutplanung entwickelt. Dieses Modell bietet die Möglichkeit Maschinen bzw. Arbeitsvorgänge sowie Transportwege bereits bei der Layoutplanung ergonomisch bewerten zu können und liefert damit die Bedingungen ein Layout bereits in der Entstehung nach spezifischen ergonomischen Kriterien zu verändern. Abschließend wird das Modell im Rahmen einer Proof of Concept Demonstration bei der Firma EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH evaluiert. Dabei wird festgestellt, dass das Modell im Rahmen einer humanorientierten Fabriklayoutplanung ergonomische Kriterien zur Bewertung von Layoutvarianten bietet.

The present master thesis deals with ergonomic workplace design as part of factory planning. It-s key topic address the question of how ergonomic coefficients influence the planning of factories. The aim of this thesis is the development of a model for human oriented factory layout planning. In the first part of the thesis the main question is elaborated using current literature. The outcome of this elaboration is that while the factory planning is indeed designed to create human friendly workplaces at the end, the workplace design is carried out as a separate project off the layout planning. During the planning of the layout the ergonomic result can only to a small extent be influenced by ergonomic criteria. Using classic methods of factory planning, such as the transport flow matrix and the triangle method for assembly of machines, as well as an ergonomic assessment procedure, the Key indicator method, a model for human oriented factory layout planning is developed in the second part of the thesis. This model offers the possibility to already in the layout planning evaluate the work processes or objects as well as transport routes from an ergonomic point of view. Therefore, the model provides the conditions to change a layout following these ergonomic criteria during the planning process. Finally, the model was tested as part of a proof of concept demonstration at the company EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH. It was ascertained that the model, as part of a human-oriented factory layout planning, can provide ergonomic criteria for evaluating layout alternatives.
