Durch die Errichtung des Konzerthauses "Lisztzentrum2 in Raiding besteht erhöhter Bedarf an kulturellen und touristischen Einrichtungen in der Marktgemeinde. Im Bereich des derzeitigen Dorfplatzes und Gemeindeamtes soll ein Gemeindezentrum errichtet werden, dass die Funktionen Gemeindeamt, Informationsstelle, Gastronomie, Veranstaltungsräume und Ausstellungsflächen in sich vereint. Durch die Neugestaltung des Dorfplatzes und des anschließenden Angers, sowie Schaffung einer Verbindungsachse von Lisztzentrum und Gemeindezentrum, soll eine Neuordnung des Dorfzentrums entsprechend der neuen Anforderungen durch das Kulturzentrum geschaffen werden.

Due to the concert hall "Lisztzentrum" in Raiding there is more need nowadays for some cultural and touristic infrastructure in the village of Raiding. In the area of the main square and the municipal office a new community center shall be built, which shall combine several functions like municipal office, information, meeting rooms, catering and also space for exhibitions. The new design of the main square and the adjoint village green as well as the design of a conjunction of the axis from Lisztzentrum and community center will redesign the center of the village according to the requirements of the community center.
