Abstract:
Auf einem Arbeitsmarkt befinden sich immer unterschiedliche Generationen. Generation Y stellt hier die jüngste Generation dar, die gerade auf den Arbeitsmarkt kommt, die Babyboomer Generation bereitet sich auf die Pensionierung vor. Problematisch daran ist es, dass sehr viele Fachkräfte damit den Arbeitsmarkt verlassen und nur wenige nachkommen. Trotz der Migration kann dem demographischen Wandel kaum entgegengewirkt werden. Dies führt dazu, dass Unternehmen beginnen sich Gedanken über eine Optimierung der Personalbeschaffung zu machen. Neben dem Employer Branding besteht die Möglichkeit, um an talentierte Mitarbeiter zu kommen, Social Media zu nutzen und E- Recruiting zu betreiben. E- Recruiting über Social Media hat den Vorteil, dass es sehr schnell geht und nicht darauf Rücksicht genommen werden muss, wo sich ein Bewerber/ eine Bewerberin wann befindet. Es können international Personen auf die ausgeschriebene Stelle aufmerksam gemacht werden und der Erstkontakt kann digital ablaufen. Ein Unternehmen kann dadurch die talentiertesten und motiviertesten Bewerber/ Bewerberinnen aussuchen. Im Zuge dieser Arbeit wurde auf Basis eines Leitfadens ein Interview mit drei Expertinnen aus dem HR- Wesen geführt, die bereits mit E- Recruiting in Kontakt gekommen sind. Die Interviews wurden transkribiert und mithilfe der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring (2010) ausgewertet. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass E- Recruiting sich für den Erstkontakt sehr gut eignet und einsetzen lässt und dadurch vor allem junge Personen der Generation Y angesprochen werden können. Problematisch ist es aber, dass man über das Internet und Social Media nicht genau unterscheiden kann, ob es sich um ein echtes Profil handelt. Des Weiteren muss angeführt werden, dass die älteren Generationen, die nicht mit dem Internet und Social Media aufgewachsen sind, das E- Recruiting noch nicht als seriöse Option zum traditionellen Bewerbungsverfahrens ansehen und auch Probleme mit der Handhabung der Hardware aufweisen.
