Entwerfen eines Prototyps des Ausdrückmechanismus einer Medikamenten-Dosieranlage

Abstract

Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, einen Prototyp zu entwerfen, mit dem die Ausdrückeinheit einer Medikamentendosieranlage, welche in einer vorangegangenen Diplomarbeit konzipiert und entworfen wurde, getestet werden kann. In weiterer Folge sollen mehrere dieser Einheiten an der Medikamentendosieranlage angeordnet werden. Es soll dabei auf die Funktionalität und die fertigungsgerechte Auslegung besonders eingegangen werden. Außerdem muss auch auf die Anbindung an die anderen Teilprozesse, die im Gesamtprozess der Medikamentendosierung enthalten sind, Rücksicht genommen werden. Die vorliegende Arbeit beinhaltet eine Zusammenfassung der vorangegangen Arbeit, die Dokumentation des Produktentwicklungsprozesses des Prototyps und die Inbetriebnahme als abschließenden Teil.

The goal is to design a prototype that can be used to simulate and test the expressing unit of a drug dosing system designed in a previous diploma thesis. In further consequence a variety oft this expressing units should be arranged at the drug dosing system. The functionality and production-oriented design are very important for the prototype. The interface for the other sub processes is also a important topic and must be taken into account. The present work includes a summary of the previous work, the documentation of the product development process of the prototype and the commissioning as a final part.
