Abstract:
The aim of this master's thesis was to create a business plan to establish a company. The defined company specializes in the production of camper vans with the DACH region as target market. A market analysis in the field of leisure and tourism, especially camping tourism, as well as the consideration of the sales figures of motorhome manufacturers confirmed, that it is a fast-growing market. Based on this potential, a unique product portfolio, a marketing plan including pricing and sales plan as well as financing for the Austrian company "Hilber Vanworks" were defined. Hilber Vanworks is an outfitter for camper vans and off-road vehicles. The purpose of the company is the individual, customer-oriented, production of multifunctional camper vans and recreational vehicles. The focus is on outdoor and off-road. Designed and built for people who love nature, the vehicles provide the best conditions for long independent trips off the beaten track or sport vacations in and around the home country. Hilber campers are designed with the intention of freeing the inner adventurer.

Das Ziel der vorliegenden Master’s Thesis war die Erstellung eines Businessplans zur Gründung eines Unternehmens. Das definierte Unternehmen spezialisiert sich auf den Ausbau von Kastenwagen in Wohnmobile und vermarktet diese in der DACH Region. Eine Marktrecherche im Bereich Freizeit und Tourismus, insbesondere Campingtourismus, sowie die Betrachtung der Absatzzahlen von Reisemobilherstellern bestätigte, dass es sich um einen stark wachsenden Markt handelt. Auf Basis dieses Potentials wurde ein konkretes Produktangebot, ein Marketingplan inklusive Preisgestaltung und Absatzplan sowie die Finanzierung für das österreichische Unternehmen „Hilber Vanworks“ definiert. Hilber Vanworks ist Ausbauspezialist für Wohnmobile und Offroadfahrzeuge auf Kastenwagenbasis. Unternehmensgegenstand ist der individuelle, auf den Kunden abgestimmte, Ausbau von Kastenwagen in multifunktionale Wohn- und Freizeitmobile. Der Fokus liegt im Outdoor- und Offroadbereich. Konstruiert und gebaut für Menschen, die die Natur lieben, bieten die Fahrzeuge beste Voraussetzungen für lange autarke Reisen abseits befestigter Straßen oder Aktivurlauben in und rund um die Heimat. Hilber Wohnmobile werden mit der Absicht entworfen, den inneren Abenteurer zu befreien.
