Die schwimmende Oper : an der Küste Lara/Antalya : on the coast of Lara/Anthalya

Abstract

Antalya, das bekannteste Urlaubsziel der Türkei im Mittelmeerraum, ist nicht nur ein touristischer Ort, sondern gleichzeitig auch der Ort, an dem meine Diplomarbeit stattfindet. Ich bin der Meinung, dass der tatsächliche Wert und das Potenzial von Antalya mehr ist als das es zu scheinen mag, dies ist der Hauptgrund warum ich den Ort für mein Projekt gewählt habe. Mein Projekt ist es ein Opern Haus im Meer zu entwerfen. Ich habe mich für ein Opernhaus entschieden, weil mir die Oper eine einzigartige Möglichkeit bietet, mich auch als Mensch auszudrücken. Ein Operngebäude in das Meer zu bauen, ist kein einfaches Projekt. In dieser Arbeit bin ich auf viele architektonische Herausforderungen gestoßen, aber nach Monaten harter Arbeit habe ich diese Herausforderungen reibungslos bewältigt.

Antalya, Turkeys most known holiday destination in the Mediterranean region, is not just a touristic place but at the same time where my master thesis project takes place. I believe that Antalyas actual value and potential is more than what it is today and this is the main reason why I have chosen it. In this work, my aim is t o construct an opera building in the sea. I have decided on an opera building because opera provide me a unique opportunity to express myself as a human being as well. Constructing an opera building into the sea is not an easy project to complete. In this work i have encountered many architectural challenges, however, after months of hard work I ve overcame these challenges smoothly.
