Einkaufszentrum Ried im Innkreis : Verbindung zur Stadt

Abstract

Die Innenstadt von Ried im Innkreis soll um ein Einkaufszentrum erweitert werden. Es soll eine Symbiose zwischen Innenstadt und Einkaufszentrum entstehen. Um dies zu gewährleisten, ist es wichtig das Einkaufszentrum nicht als Solitär in der Stadt anzusehen. Ziel des Entwurfs ist es den Bewegungsfluss der Stadt aufzunehmen und im Einkaufszentrum fortzuführen. Das Einkaufszentrum ist in der Erdgeschoßzone offen gestaltet. Dadurch entsteht eine Wechselbeziehung zwischen Innen und Außen. Um das Einkaufszentrum nicht als voll bebauten Block wirken zulassen, wird ein Rampensystem realisiert, welches den Baukörper der Länge nach in zwei Teile gliedert. Dieses Rampensystem ist im 1.Og mit dem Einkaufszentrum erschlossen, und führt weiter bis auf das begehbare Dach. Im 1.Og entsteht ein Platz der unabhängig von den Öffnungszeiten des Einkaufszentrums genützt werden kann. Zusätzlich wird dort ein Café angesiedelt um einen optimalen Anschluß des Einkaufszentrums an die Stadt zu erzielen. Um die Verbindung zwischen Innenstadt und Einkaufszentrum weiter zu fördern, wird die Dr-Franz-Berger-Strasse und die Rainerstrasse als Shared-Space ausgeführt. Somit wird das Flanieren zwischen den zwei Zentren unterstützt. Um das Verkehrsaufkommen zu minimieren, wird am Beginn der Dr-Berger-Strasse der Besucherverkehr in eine Tiefgarage eingeleitet. Die Anlieferung und die Müllentsorgung werden ebenfalls ins Untergeschoß verlagert, um die Innenstadt nicht zusätzlich zu belasten.

The inner city of Ried im Innkreis should be enlarged with a shopping center. There should be a connection between the inner city an the shopping venter. To make that work it is necessary to build the shopping center not as a solid building. The proposal is, to get the flow of the city into the mall. In the ground floor the shopping center is made out of glass to keep it open. A system of ramps splits the building into two half. so the look is not as big. The system out of ramps is linked to the mall in the first floor, and leads up to the roof. At the first floor there is a plaza, which is independed from the opening hours of the mall. Furthermore there is a café which should create a link to the city. To enlarge the connection between the city and he shopping center, the linking streets as the Dr.<br />Franz-Berger-Strasse are going to be Shared Spaces. So the people can easily walk from the center to the city and the other way round. A underground parking garage, at the beginning of the Dr.<br />Franz-Berger-Strasse should minimize the traffic through the city.<br />Furthermore the delivery is although located at the underground, to keep the traffic as good as possible away from the city
