Bildungscampus Hauptbahnhof Wien : multifunktionale Bildungseinrichtung für 0- 14 jährige Kinder auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Süd- und Ostbahnhofs

Abstract

Schulen verändern sich von Beginn an gleich beständig wie die dazugehörigen Unterrichtsmethoden. Der erste Teil der Diplomarbeit befasst sich daher mit der Geschichte der Schulen sowie mit Recherchen über aktuelle Unterrichtsmethoden und Qualitäten die moderne kindgerechte Schulen aufweisen müssen. Der europaweit ausgeschriebene Wettbewerb "Bildungscampus Hauptbahnhof Wien", aus dem Jahr 2010, wird ebenfalls analysiert. Im zweiten Teil der Diplomarbeit werden die gesammelten Erkenntnisse in dem Entwurf des "Bildungscampus Hauptbahnhof Wien", der eine multifunktionale Bildungseinrichtung für 0- 14 jährige Kinder auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Süd- und Ostbahnhofs darstellt, umgesetzt.<br />

Since the beginning schools are changing constantly the same way as the corresponding teaching methods. Therefore, the first part of the thesis deals with the history of schools, as well as the research on current teaching methods and skills, which a modern child-friendly school should have. Furthermore, the competition "Education Campus Vienna Central Station", from 2010, is analyzed. Based on this research the second part of the thesis is the design of the "Education Campus Vienna Central Station", which is a school for children from 0-14 years on the former site of the South- and East Railway Station.
