Alternative schubsteife Deckenkonstruktion in Gründerzeithäusern bei nicht tragfähiger oberster Geschossdecke

Abstract

Vor allem in Großstädten gibt es noch verhältnismäßig viele Gebäude aus der Gründerzeit. Seit vielen Jahren ist es für Bauherrn interessant die Dachgeschosse dieser Häuser auszubauen um neuen Wohnraum zu schaffen. Seit dem die Bestimmungen der EN 1998-1 und der MA 37 S inkraftgetreten sind, ist ein Dachausbau leicht ohne gesondertem Erdbebennachweis nur möglich, wenn bestimmte konstruktive Maßnahmen, unter anderem eine schubsteife oberste Geschossdecke, getroffen werden.<br />Die standardmäßige Lösung mittels Aufbeton funktioniert allerdings nur, wenn die Bestandsdecke ausreichend tragfähig ist. Mit dem hier entwickelten System ist es möglich eine schubsteife Konstruktion ohne eine tragfähige Geschossdecke zu erreichen. Es ist möglich die Bestandsdecke an der neuen Konstruktion aufzuhängen.<br />

Especially in major cities there are many houses from the Gründerzeit. For many years it has been interesting for owners of such buildings to expand the attics of these houses to extend the living area. Since the regulations of the EN 1998-1 and the MA 37 S have been implemented, it is only possible to expand an attic without extensive earthquake proof certification if certain constructive measures are adhered to. One of these measures is the integration of a floor with enough shear stiffness into the upper existing structure. The standard solution of putting a top concrete layer on top of the existing wooden floor is only possible if the latter is able to take the load of the new construction. However, the system developed here is also possible if the existing floor ist not able to take the higher loads. It is possible to suspend the existing floor from the new construction.
