Abstract:
Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Entwicklung einer Prozesskette zur Automatisierung eines auf den Patienten bezogenen Sofortimplantats für den Einzelzahnersatz. Dieses individualisierte Zirkoniumimplantat steht klar in Konkurrenz zu herkömmlichen Titanimplantaten. Allerdings ist die derzeitige Fertigung des Sofortimplantats aufgrund der manuellen Bearbeitung sehr aufwendig, daher soll die Fertigung dieses Implantats automatisiert werden.<br />Zuerst ist es erforderlich den zuvor extrahierten Zahn, der als Vorlage für die Erzeugung des individualisierten Zirkoniumoxid-Sofortimplantats dient mittels 3D-Scanner zu erfassen, wobei hier die Genauigkeit des Scanners eine entscheidende Rolle spielt. Weiters werden per CAD-Software auf dem Implantat songenannte Makroretentionen aufgebracht und der Kronenstumpf angepasst. Anschließend wird das CAD-File (vorzugsweise als STL-Datei) an eine CNC-Fräsmaschine geschickt, mit dem das Zirkoniumoxid-Implantat dann hergestellt wird und folglich implantiert werden kann.<br />Ein Überblick über die am Markt befindlichen 3D-Scanner, CAD-Software und Fräsmaschinen zeigt die vielseitigen Möglichkeiten diese Prozesskette zu automatisieren.<br />Als Ergebnis dieser Arbeit werden die einzelnen Produkte der Prozesskette bewertet und ausgewählt. Schlussendlich folgt die Kostenschätzung für die Umsetzung dieser automatisierten Prozesskette.
