Abstract:
The development of the digital industry so-called Digitalization is starting to influence the segment of the out-of-home advertising market. Outdoor advertising furniture is slightly changing from classic paper billboards to the trendy LED screens. In this paper, will be the description of the expansion from the domestic market to foreign. Evaluation of the current market situation, taking into account the core competencies of the company, screening the market situation through the prism of three methods of analysis with sales forecast and market entry strategy and tactics.
