Die Liegenschaft „Fischagut“ ist ein Fabriksensemble in Weigelsdorf, dessen unterschiedliche Gebäude beginnend im Jahr 1841 und in den darauffolgenden Jahren errichtet wurden. 1974 wurde das Fischagut als Folge eines Konkurses geschlossen und steht derzeit unter Denkmalschutz. Das Arbeiterwohnhaus ist ein Teil des Ensembles und diente als Unterkunft für die Arbeiter der Fabrik. Das Gesamtobjekt verfolgt mehrere Ziele, wie z.B. eine Fischzucht, ein Veranstaltungszentrum und die Revitalisierung des Arbeiterwohnhauses als Arzt- und Therapiezentrum und Apart-Hotel. Um das gesamte Erscheinungsbild im Ensemble zu wahren und gleichzeitig die Trennung von Therapiezentrum und Apart-Hotel zu ermöglichen, soll ein geringer Teil des Arbeiterwohnhauses abgebrochen werden. Das Arbeiterwohnhaus soll in ein Therapiezentrum umgebaut und durch einen Neubau des Apart-Hotels als eine ganze Einheit vervollständigt werden. Durch diese Umwidmung und Neubau wird das kleine Weigelsdorf um eine wichtige und in der unmittelbaren Umgebung fehlende gesundheitliche Attraktion bereichert. Gleichzeitig wird das historische Fabriksensemble bewahrt und bietet zukünftigen Generationen eine soziale und gesundheitliche Bereicherung der Lebensqualität.

The “Fischagut” property is a factory ensemble in Weigelsdorf, whose different buildings were erected beginning in 1841 and in the years that followed. The Fischagut was closed in 1974 as a result of bankruptcy and is currently a listed building. The workers’ house is part of the ensemble and served as accommodation for the factory workers. The overall project has several goals, such as a fish farm, an event center, and the revitalization of the workers’ house as a doctor's therapy center and aparthotel. In order to preserve the overall appearance in the ensemble and at the same time to enable the separation of the therapy center and the aparthotel, a small part of the workers’ apartment building is to be demolished. The workers’ residential building is to be converted into a therapy center and completed as a whole unit by a new building of the aparthotel. Through this rededication and new construction, the small Weigelsdorf is enriched by an important health attraction that is missing in the immediate vicinity. At the same time, the historic factory ensemble is preserved and offers future generations a social and health enrichment of the quality of life.
