In ihrem Paper [1] haben C. Cancès und B. Gaudeul die Modellierung des Prozesses der physikalischen Gasphasenabscheidung mittels einer Finite Volumen Methode näher untersucht. Dabei geben ihre beiden Hauptresultate die Existenz und die Konvergenz von Lösungen zu dem so entstandenen System von partiellen Differentialgleichungen.

In their paper [1] C. Cancès and B. Gaudeul have studied a Finite Volume scheme of a Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process. The two main results give the existence and the convergence of solutions to this arised system of partial differential equations.
