This thesis deals with the development of an innovative and environmentally friendly tree house concept that addresses the needs of people and the environment. Taking into account the state of the art, a place of retreat from the mostly chaotic and stressful everyday life of people is created. The use of corrugated cardboard as a particularly light building material with good insulating properties is intended to revolutionize building in the crowns. This work will develop innovative solutions for planning and execution. Corrugated cardboard modules are created in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, which can be flexibly put together according to their use.In order to check the behavior of the material, which is new for tree houses, and to show its behavior, corrugated cardboard models were built and subjected to self-tests. Fire tests were carried out on cutouts in the laboratory in order to determine the resistance to fire. The interplay of all the specialist areas worked out in this thesis creates an overall concept that can address all possible local conditions on the building sites.
