Nachhaltige Sanierung von Plattenbauten mittels anpassbarer Module

Abstract

Betrachtet man die jüngsten Entwicklungen im Bereich der Bau- und Energiekosten, so wird es schnell klar, dass die Bekämpfung der seit bereits Jahrzehnten anhaltenden Wohnungsnot nicht nur im Bereich der Neubauten liegt. Viele Bestandsbauten bieten weiterhin bezahlbaren und komfortablen Wohnraum und sind meistens sehr zentral gelegen. Diese Arbeit konzentriert sich auf die Analyse der Bestandsgebäude – „Platte“ der 70er Jahre und zeigt Möglichkeiten zur Sanierung dieser mittels Modulen. Im ersten Teil der Arbeit wird ein Beispielgebäude in Deutschland näher betrachtet und analysiert. Dies erfolgt u. A. mittels bauphysikalischer Bauteilanalyse und thermographischer Aufnahmen, welche die Schwachstellen der Gebäudehülle aufzeigen. Im weiteren Schritt werden die Möglichkeiten der üblichen Sanierungsmaßnahmen in Beachtung der EnEV2014 Richtlinie aufgezeigt. Hier fällt ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die Nachhaltigkeit der eingesetzten Baustoffe, welche im Hinblick auf ihre ökologischen und bauphysikalischen Werte untersucht und verglichen werden. Die Ergebnisse werden im zweiten Teil der Arbeit weiterverwendet um eine Modulkonstruktion zu erarbeiten, welche allen Anforderungen der EnEV2014 Richtlinie entspricht und zusätzlich einen großen Beitrag zur Nachhaltigkeit leistet. Das abschließende Fazit vergleicht zwei unterschiedliche Sanierungsarten miteinander.

Considering the latest developments in the field of construction and taking into account energy costs, it quickly becomes clear that the fight against the housing shortage, which has been steadily increasing in the last decades, cannot be solved by building new space alone. Many existing buildings continue to offer affordable and comfortable living space and are usually very centrally located. This thesis focuses on the analysis of the existing buildings – "slab" of the 70s and shows possibilities for renovation of these by employing module systems. In the first part of the thesisabuilding inGermany is examined and analyzed in detail as an example. This is done, among other things, byanalyzing building physics components and thermographic recordings, which show the weak points in the outer structure of the building. In the next step the possibilities of remediation measures in compliance with the EnEV2014 guideline are shown. Here, special attention is paid to the sustainability of the building materials used, which are examined and compared with regard to their ecological and physical values. The results will be used in the second part of the work to develop a module design that meets all the requirements of the EnEV2014 guideline and also makes a major contribution to sustainability. The final conclusion compares two different types of renovation.
