Diese Arbeit ist ein neues Konzept für ein Hafendesign in Bandırma, das einen Fischmarkt, eine Fährstation, ein Kulturhaus und einen Parkbereich umfasst. Bandirma brauchte einen neuen Fischmarkt und mehr öffentliche Grünflächen. Für diese Bedürfnisse der Stadt wurde ein neuer und moderner Komplex entworfen. Das Kulturhaus und das alte Fährhafengebäude, die von der lokalen Regierung seit Jahren erwähnt, aber noch nicht geplant wurden, wurden ebenfalls in dieses Konzept aufgenommen.Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde zunächst die städtebauliche Situation analysiert und versucht, dieses Projekt entsprechend den Bedürfnissen der Stadt und der Bewohner zu gestalten. Die Konzeption und Entwicklung des Konzepts wurde in den folgenden Kapiteln untersucht. Durch die Begutachtung des Grundstücks wurde die Form des Gebäudes bestimmt und das Raumprogramm festgelegt. Mit der neuen und modernen Hafengestaltung soll Lebendigkeit und Abwechslung in die Region gebracht werden. Dementsprechend wurde ein multifunktionales Gebäude konzipiert, das soziale, kulturelle, gastronomische und gewerbliche Bereiche sowie eine neue öffentliche Grünanlage umfasst.

This work is a new concept for a harbor design in Bandırma, which includes a fish market, ferry station, cultural house and park area. Bandirma needed a new fish market and more public green spaces. For this need of the city, a new and modern complex was designed and the culture house and the old ferry port building, which have been mentioned by the local government for years but not yet planned, have also been included in this concept.As part of this work, the urban planning situation was first analyzed and attempted to design this project it according to the needs of the city and the residents. The conception and development of the concept was examined in the following chapters. By examining the site, the shape of the building was determined and the spatial program was defined. With the new and modern port design, liveliness and variety should be brought to the region. Accordingly, a multifunctional building was designed that includes social, cultural, gastronomic and commercial areas as well as a new public green space.
