Abstract:
Based on the Anderson Hamiltonian, researchers have demonstrated that unique thermoelectric properties of Fe₂VAl based materials, like the presence of either p- or n-type conductivity, is a consequence of antisite occupations, which simply can be tuned by appropriate heat treaments of the respective sample.
