Abstract:
The following business plan deals with the establishment of a cooperative brewery. The basis for this business plan was the intention of Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG to expand its product portfolio and there value chain towards a sustainable and self-contained beer producer. The business plan offers extensive literature research that serves as the basis for empirical values. The empirical part deals with topics from marketing and finance and should, therefore, serve as the basis for the foundation of a cooperative brewery. However, the present business plan cannot offer areas of application in other industries as well as information on personnel management. The author wishes a lot of fun reading and good luck with building cooperative breweries.
